Return Process

  In accordance with health regulations, please ensure all socks are freshly laundered and completely dry before initiating your return or warranty claim.

  Complete the Form

  Visit our online portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and print your prepaid shipping label for a seamless processing experience.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your clean socks in a secure mailer with the RMA slip included inside, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a digital voucher or ship your replacement pair so you can get back on the trail.
